"Simone Coen leaves Scarbee to form own company."

In early 2007 our drum producer Simone Coen decided to leave Scarbee and pursue an old dream: forming his very own company "Chocolate Audio". Because Simone wants to continue creating his fantastic drum sounds - we agreed to let him "take his sounds with him" - thereby discontinuing Scarbee imperial Drums XL and Scarbee imperial Drums.

This way Simone can better design the future of his company - without confusing the market.

Though we regret this departure - we wish Simone and Chocolate Audio all the best for the future - and for sure these amazing drum sounds will survive - and pop up in some other form. So stay tuned at Simones new site: www.chocolateaudio.com if you are looking for the best drums out there!!

Scarbee and Simone Coen will still support SID XL and SID.

Users looking for SID XL must try to find it in their local music shop or elsewhere on the internet.
