Katreese Barnes is currently music director/pianist for Saturday Night Live currently up for a emmy for co writing the internet hit "Dick In a Box" She has written and produced for various artists such as Roberta Flack and Chaka Khan.

Recently she composed the opening musical number for Justin Timberlake when he hosted "The Kid's Choice Awards" in 2007. Her recent arrangement work include P. Diddy, Pharoah Monche and performing on Arif Mardin's last recording.  As a sideman, she has worked with Sting, Carly Simon, Mariah Carey, D'Angelo, Hiram Bullock.

When I play Scarbee C.E.P , the electric piano sound really inspires me to play. Anyone who plays an instrument knows how important a good sound is.
