Jules Bromley
Jules Bromley was a pioneer of the UK Nu-House scene which sought to exploit the use of "real" instruments in a dance context. His then label "Planet Nice Records" garnered respect from DJ's the world over.
The Scarbee bass series was a complete revelation for me. They are so authentic I have pretty much stopped using session guys for bass, and their presentation makes it very easy to jam a great riff and then develop it with more stylistic variation later. The depth of programming, care and skill which goes into the Scarbee libraries puts them absolutely in a class of their own. - Jules Bromley |
